Organic founding seller listings remain $0 and retain seller-native checkout and fulfillment. Sponsored placements are visually labeled and do not alter the underlying seller transaction, refund, tax, support, or fulfillment provider.
Placement eligibility is reviewed after checkout. If Cognilode cannot place an approved campaign on an eligible owned property, the placement payment is refundable under the checkout terms.
An application, listing, placement, impression, or click is not seller revenue. Cognilode recognizes placement revenue only after provider settlement; sellers should separately measure their own contribution profit.
